Dear Campbell County Knothole Coaches,

Welcome to another exciting baseball season.

 For some of you coaches, this is an introductory letter and for many a friendly

welcome back.  I am excited to be working with you and C.C. Knothole for a 5th season.

Here is how we will handle your team pictures for the 2009 season.

1.   We will be taking sign up during the March 5th coaches meeting. If any one missed this opportunity just contact us 859-341-7622 to be added to the schedule.

2.   Once we have the game schedule, we will make a picture schedule to coincide with your games playing time on the dates listed below.

 Scheduled Pictures Dates Are

Friday May 8th and Saturday May 9^th

Friday May 15thth and Saturday May 16th

3.   Pawsat Pro Photo will call or email you with that date and time several weeks in advance.

4.   Attached are picture envelopes to be passed out to your players a week before your scheduled date and time, to give parents time to look things over.

5.   Picture will be delivered back to your team in approximately 3 weeks.

For those who have already signed up, we will contact you with your date and time along with a complete schedule for the photo day.  If you were unable to sign up at the coaches meeting you will need to contact Michael@pawsatprophoto.com or call 859-341-7622 to receive scheduling information.

In addition Pawsat Pro Photo will be giving one free 5x7 Team picture to the coach as a Thank You.
