Dear Campbell County Knothole Coach,

Welcome to another exciting baseball season.

For some of you Coaches, this is an introductory letter and for many a friendly welcome back. I am excited to be working with you and C.C. Knothole for a 4^th season.

This letter is to inform you that Pawsat Pro Photo will be the official photographer for the Campbell County Knothole League. Four days in May have been scheduled for your team and individual pictures. You will be given a scheduled time for your team pictures designed to coincide with the day and time that your team will be playing.

Pictures will be taken at Pendrey Park prior to your scheduled game.

Scheduled Picture dates are

Friday May 9^th, and Saturday May 10^th

Friday May 16^th and Saturday May 17th

Once all schedules are finalized you will be notified about your specific day and time based upon your playing schedule.

If for any reason you have a conflict or are unable to keep your scheduled time please be sure to notify us as soon as possible. As with any business or event we can best serve you when we plan ahead and know what to expect. Attached are order envelopes, please pass out the envelopes to your team parents or players a week before your scheduled date and time.

A free 5x7 team photo will be given to the coach of each team photographed as way of saying Thanks.
